SMALL FAMILY FARM: We are a truly small farm -- 60 acres, a husband and wife team, and one full-time employee. We pull together and make sure that the orchards are growing the next crop of healthy walnuts, and that each batch of sprouted walnuts are crafted with love and care.
SOIL-FIRST FARM: Our farm has produced edible food for humans for thousands of years. Only in the last hundred has it been cultivated for a commercial market. It is our intention to create a farm that will last for the next thousand generations. And for us that starts with soil, complex ecological system, beneficial predators, and introducing as much diversity of native plants, insects, and animals as we possible can.
